What is Gua Sha?
Gua Sha is a cutaneous stimulation with a round edged instrument, in stokes on the skin. Gua Sha removes blood stagnation that causes pain in you body. It promotes normal circulation and metabolic processes. The stokes on the skin can make what is called petchecia on the skin, which disappears in 2-3 days.
